I have found a superb collection of photos of Dhaka and Bangladesh. Every single picture is wonderfully taken and I believe one of the best collection where some cool spots are shown together.

All are from http://www.tanvironline.com/bdimage.html
Unfortunately all are in thumbnail view. I wish he had put them in full size too.
Big thanks to Tanvir ( I dont know him, just found while googling around).

my husband and i will be moving to Bangladesh soon, i was very worried since every thing i have seen and read so far made it seem dangerous a move but these photos has arrested my fears locking them away, they are magnificent i can't wait to come to a place with so much beauty and culture. Thank you.

    Goodluck you two !
Well, pictures were absoultely nice and taken from the best possible angle.

But there are certain truths out there ! Slums, beggars, social problems. If you are open to welcome these, it may be an adventure, otherwise really annoying.

I have found two groups of foreigners. One, annoyed and just waiting to go back. Another, taking it as an adventure to know about something that couldnt know unless being here !!

Try to see outside Dhaka city. Country side is beautiful and peaceful !!

    Best of luck again!
